Join us for A United Day of Hope

Along with hosting an in-person event, NAMIWalks Your Way will also offer a virtual option. We continue to prove our resilience and make the event our own.

Saturday, October 9, 202  wraps up Mental Illness Awareness Week. Your participation helps us get closer to reaching our goal! You can participate in person at our walk day event or you can participate on your own, virtually! If you choose to participate virtually, you can do whatever activity you would like any day of the month leading up to Walk Day!

Come see us on Walk Day!

  • Learn more about our NAMI Rock County and other resources in Rock County!
  • Participate in rock painting and other activities
  • Take pictures with your team or family in front of our event backdrop
  • Enjoy live music and food
  • If you've raised $100 or more by walk day you can pick up your event t-shirt!

Show us why you join NAMIWalks!

We will have "Signs of Hope" printed for you to fill in with your "why"!  By sharing your why and sharing your story, you will inspire others and spread hope and awareness. Don't forget to share your pictures on social media and use our hashtags!

The only limit of NAMIWalks Your Way is staying safe, healthy, and inspired. Share your ideas with us!

Remember: United, we insist on Mental Health for All.
