TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vendor agreements are made effective the day of form submission, by and between National Alliance on Mental Illness (hereafter known as NAMI Colorado Springs), and your business (hereafter known as vendor).

Whereas NAMI Colorado Springs is the Organizer and renter of Panorama Park located at 4540 Fenton Road (hereafter referred to as the Park), where the NAMIWalks Mental Health & Wellness Fest will be conducted.

Now, therefore, it is agreed that:

NAMI Colorado Springs agrees to provide Vendor a 10-foot-by-10-foot space in Panorama Park, at NAMIWalks Mental Health & Wellness Fest. Vendor accepts the opportunity to participate as a vendor in the Park for the above mentioned event on Saturday, May 11, 2024.

Vendor hereby accepts the following listed conditions and limitations:

HOURS OF OPERATION.

The NAMI Colorado Springs area of Panorama Park shall remain open from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024, unless NAMI Colorado Springs shares other hours of operation.

INSTALLATION AND TEAR DOWN.

Vendor shall set up at the Park on Saturday, May 11, 2024, between 6:30 and 9 a.m. Vendor shall remove their belongings from the Park no later than 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024. Trash and recycling bins will be available, so Vendor is expected to do what is necessary to keep its space clean.

PAYMENT.

The cost for Vendor to participate in NAMIWalks Mental Health & Wellness Fest is $50.00. NAMI Colorado Springs does require Vendor to promote the event via one of the following: a social media post, a mention in an email newsletter or physical newsletter, or by sharing brochures/rack cards within their facility. Content for online promotion can be provided upon request.

Space locations will be assigned by NAMI Colorado Springs and provided to Vendor in advance of the event. Electricity will not be provided. Vendors needing a 6-foot table are asked to notify NAMI Colorado Springs immediately, as these supplies are limited. Please bring your own chairs. If you are using a tent/canopy, it must be weighted on each corner. Please do not bring stakes, as nothing can be stuck in the ground at the Park.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL VENDORS.

Vendor assumes full responsibility for their property while at the facility. NAMI Colorado Springs accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged property and is not required to carry additional insurance to cover Vendor’s property.

Vendor warrants and represents that all its products and services comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. NAMI Colorado Springs has the right to immediately cancel this agreement in the event that Vendor has: a) had its license(s) revoked by any governmental authority exercising jurisdiction over Vendor; b) voluntarily surrendered its license(s) after being cited for misconduct by any governmental authority exercising jurisdiction over that party; c) been alleged to have willfully violated the laws, rules or regulations of any jurisdiction or any governmental authority exercising jurisdiction over Vendor; and/or d) otherwise violated the terms of this agreement, which will be determined at the sole discretion of NAMI Colorado Springs.

PERSONAL LIABILITY

By completing the Vendor Registration form and paying the $50.00 vendor fee, I hereby waive NAMI Colorado Springs, its Board of Directors, and employees from any liability of injury, loss or damage to personal property in connection with my organization’s participation in NAMIWalks Mental Health & Wellness Fest. I acknowledge I understand the context of this statement and sign up for the event on my own free will.
