Sponsor/Vendor Check-In and Participant Registration Starts:  7:00 - 7:30 a.m.
Opening Ceremony: 8:00 a.m.
Official Walk Start Time: 8:30 a.m.
Health Symposium: 11:00 a.m.
Walk End Time: 12:00 p.m.

👟 What does the Walk route look like?
Participants will complete a 3K (1.86 mi) walk indoors around Hall C, involving 8 laps.

⏱️ How long is the Walk?
On average, participants complete the 3K walk in about 30 to 45 minutes.

🚗 Where can I park?

  • Avenida Central Garage: 1002 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX 77010.
    • 0 to 2 hrs: $10, 2 to 4 hrs: $20, 4 to 6 hrs: $25, Daily Max: $30
  • Avenida North Garage: 701 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX 77010.
    • 0 to 2 hrs: $14, 2 to 4 hrs: $22, 4 to 6 hrs: $28, Daily Max: $38

🚪 How do I get to Hall C?

  1. Enter through main entrances or parking garages.
  2. Proceed to the first floor and enter through glass sliding doors.
  3. Follow signs to Hall C.

Registration: 👕 Do I need to register?
Yes, register online or on-site. Registration link

👕 I registered online; do I need to check-in?
Yes, all participants must check-in on Walk Day.

👕 I registered for May 18th; do I need to re-register?
No, your registration carries over.

👕 Can I check in my whole team?
No, each participant must check in individually.

👕 What if I need help registering?
Volunteers will assist on-site.

More Questions: 🐾 Are dogs allowed?
Pets are generally not permitted, but service animals are welcome.

🍴 Can I bring food?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed, but refreshments will be available for purchase.

👝 What can I bring?
Personal items, sealed water bottles, cameras, and assistance animals.

🚫 What items are prohibited?
Weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, large bags.

💼 Can I bring a stroller or wheelchair?
Yes, the venue is accessible.

T-Shirts and Prizes: 👕 I raised $100 or more... I'm getting a shirt, right?
Yes, fundraisers who raise $100+ will receive a T-shirt.

👕 Can I buy a T-shirt if I didn't fundraise $100?
Yes, for $20 at the designated table.

🏆 Prizes:
Winners will be contacted individually. Prizes can be picked up at the walk.

🌟 Walk Stars:
Participants who raise $1,000+ will be recognized and receive a Walk Star pin.

Donations: 💸 Can I donate offline or prior to the Walk?
Yes, mail checks to 9401 Southwest Fwy, Ste. 1234, Houston, TX 77074.

💸 Can I donate at the Walk?
Yes, donations can be made on Walk Day. Acceptable payments: Cash, Check, Debit/Credit Card, PayPal.
