In 2019, we are celebrating 17 years of NAMIWalks, the nation's largest mental health awareness and fundraising event. We invite you to join us for any of our close to 100 community walks. NAMIWalks is a fun, family-friendly event and there is no cost to register.
There are multiple ways you can make a difference with NAMIWalks: as a sponsor, committee member, team captain, team member, individual walker, or volunteer!
However you participate in NAMIWalks, you will be joining NAMI's movement to raise awareness of mental illness and raise funds for our mission to help individuals and families right here in our region.

***10 Spirit Award trophies will be presented to Teams, individuals, volunteers, and of course, one lucky service animal! One of the Spirit awards is the Spirit CUP. The Spirit CUP will be passed to the team that shows up, and stands out with amazing Hero Spirit! Get loud, create cheers, make signs, dress like a superhero (Star Wars), dance, have fun, and raise funds! Once a team gets presented the Spirit CUP during the closing ceremony they get bragging rights for one year. Then that team brings it back in 2020 to present it to the next Spirit CUP winner!
You do not have to join us in person on Walk Day. What you will be supporting is NAMI Southwest Missouri's' efforts to continue to educate Southwest Missouri with it's Signature Programs for consumers, families, professionals, students, and Veterans. EVERYONE!
