I am the steps you take on the path to hope.
I AM NAMIWALKS.

NAMIWalks participants like you don't just walk the walk. You are the walk.
NAMIWalks is about people who think nothing of giving everything - their time, their stories, their heartfelt dedication to the cause: Mental Health for All.
Now it's your turn to step forward.
To join our caring community or to welcome new friends.
To accept the challenge and become the change through your commitment, togetherness and laughter.
To fuel mental health awareness, raise funds for NAMI's mission and let people know they are not alone.

Give your all
for Mental Health for All.

Please see below for important event details!

Route Information
Route 1: This is our usual 5K route along John Nolen Dr. The route uses Capital City Bike Path from Olin Park to Monona Terrace where we turn around and return to Olin Park. Walkers can shorten their route by turning around at any point.

Route 2: NEW! This year we have added an alternate 2 mile route for Walkers who want a shorter walk, smaller crowd, and no dogs. This route is along the Wingra Creek Bike Path from OIin Park to Bernie’s Beach where we turn around and return to Olin Park. Walkers can shorten their route by turning around at any point.
