I am the steps you take on the path to hope.
I AM NAMIWALKS.
NAMIWalks participants like you don't just walk the walk. You are the walk.
On October 5th at Seal Point Park NAMIWalks is about people who think nothing of giving everything - their time, their stories, their heartfelt dedication to the cause: Mental Health for All.
Now it's your turn to step forward.
To join our caring community or to welcome new friends. To accept the challenge and become the change through your commitment, togetherness and laughter. To fuel mental health awareness, raise funds for NAMI's mission and let people know they are not alone.
We hope you will join us as we gather with our community to walk, increase mental health awareness and raise funds for NAMI SMC's mission of providing free mental health advocacy, support & education to all of San Mateo County.
Give your all
for Mental Health for All.
NAMIWalks San Mateo County is committed to reducing plastic waste. Instead of providingplastic bottled water, we will have water refill stations available. Please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle!
Leash Em' & Bring Em'
Let’s be real, sometimes our dogs are the best therapy we can possibly ask for. So, of course, it wouldn’t be a complete NAMIWalks without our furry four-legged friends by our side as we walk for mental health!
Dogs are required to stay on-leash, but don't worry, for those wild-hearted pups we’ve got a dog park on the route to let them run free.
