Walk with NAMI in 2023

The power of our mission is being felt as never before. The achievement of "Mental Health for All" has never felt this critical yet closer to being realized.

Join the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) San Mateo County as we walk and raise funds for NAMI's mission to provide free mental health advocacy, support & education.

On October 14 at Seal Point Park it's not about how far we walk, but how far we've come to make our milestones count. With your support and high spirits, we intend to make an unprecedented impact on mental health in our community.

There will be food, music, community resource fair, kids zone, wellness programming & more! Dogs are welcome on a leash!

Whether you're a previous participant or a new voice waiting to be heard, we're pretty sure you'll find the festivities inspired and inspiring.

This year, changing the world begins at Seal Point Park.

NAMIWalks San Mateo County is committed to reducing plastic waste. Instead of providing plastic bottled water, we will have water refill stations available. Please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle!

Leash Em' & Bring Em'

Let’s be real, sometimes our dogs are the best therapy we can possibly ask for. So, of course, it wouldn’t be a complete NAMIWalks without our furry four-legged friends by our side as we walk for mental health!

Dogs are required to stay on-leash, but don't worry, for those wild-hearted pups we’ve got a dog park on the route to let them run free
