BMO Walks for Good in Chicago on May 19th.
At BMO, we believe mental health is health, which is why we Walk for Good. Through our partnerships with NAMI and other mental health organizations across North America, we help deliver mental health support to those in need.
This May, in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re stepping up to raise awareness and funds for mental health organizations through our BMO Walks for Good campaign in cities across Canada and the U.S.

- Event starts at 2 p.m. CT.
The event kicks off with a walk around the green to get you moving and set the tone for the day. After the walk, you'll step into a vibrant mental health festival filled with good vibes and great energy. There'll be a variety of interactive activities focused on wellness, self-care, and mindfulness, plus group fitness sessions you can jump into - whether you're into yoga, dance, or just want to try something new. It's all about feeling good, connecting with others, and taking time for your mental and physical well-being.
