Greater Boston - Peer Support & Advocacy

NAMIWalks Massachusetts

Join our team for this year's NAMIWalks event! We are walking to raise awareness of mental illness and raise funds for the important work of NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness and our peer-run programs.

We are the NAMI Greater Boston Peer Support and Advocacy Network (PSAN) [formerly NAMI Greater Boston Consumer Advocacy Network]. See more at

Most of our members identify as having lived experience of mental health treatment.

We have a weekly volunteer staff meeting and a monthly business meeting with speakers that you are welcome to get more involved with.

We support NAMI peer programs: In Our Own Voice speakers, NAMI Connection Support Groups and PEER to PEER educational classes.

For more info contact Howard Trachtman, BS, CPS, CPRP, COAPS  team captain at or 781 642 0368

Please JOIN OUR TEAM and walk with us, or support our team by making a donation to a team member listed on our ROSTER. Donations on this page are fast, secure and easy. All funds raised directly support the mission of NAMI to provide support, education and advocacy to individuals and families right here in Massachsuetts
