Join us for NAMIWalks Wisconsin to spread awareness about mental illness and support NAMI's top rated mental health support groups and programs across the state.
 

This year, NAMIWalks Wisconsin will take place in Sheboygan on Saturday, October 5th at 12pm. We will also have pop-up walks in Superior on Saturday, September 28th at 10am and virtually supporting NAMI Northern lakes on October 12th.

NAMIWalks Wisconsin Sheboygan location event details:

Agenda:

12pm: Registration, t-shirt pickup, activities, visit exhibitors

12:15pm: Yoga/Warm up

12:30pm: North High Drumline

1pm: Opening Ceremony and Walk Kickoff

2pm: End of Walk Activities

Activities/Entertainment:

Activities and entertainment at the walk will include a multitude of raffle baskets, alpacas from Inukshuk Menagerie, Yoga led by Yoga on the Lake, a performance by the North High Drumline, games, prizes, and more.  Refreshments will include complimentary coffee from Scooter's Coffee, bananas and water from Festival Foods, and Junior's Eats Food on the Go will be on-site for purchase. Please note that no dogs are allowed at Kiwanis Park during special events.

Prizes will be awarded for the following achievements

- Largest team

- Most team spirit

- Biggest individual fundraiser

- Biggest team fundraiser

T-Shirt:

Two t-shirts will be given out at the NAMIWalks in Sheboygan. The first is a green NAMWalks shirt awarded for people who raise over $100. This is not for people who donate $100 to others but for people who fundraised or self-donated over $100. The second t-shirt is a blue Be Kind To Your Mind shirt and will be given to everyone who registered before September 3rd. Leftover t-shirts will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.
