Opening Up to a New Day

On your feet, participants! Join us as we step into NAMIWalks Your Way 2022, which promises to be our most meaningful event ever. It’s a new day for mental health and we will embrace it together on October 8 at Winston Family YMCA.

Registration is simple and free!

The last couple of years have been challenging for all of us, but if there has been a silver lining, it is that everyone is talking about mental healthWithin the community, people are sharing their experiences with mental health conditions and the importance of seeking help.

We are coming Together for Mental Health! NAMI Jacksonville would like to celebrate the progress we've made toward our mission of improving the lives of people affected by mental health conditions. You can choose to walk the full 5K route, part of the route, or not walk at all—just come and be a part of the celebration. You may also choose to walk or take part in another activity in your own neighborhood, school campus, workplace, or local park.

Where you participate or what activity you do is not what’s important. It is all about raising awareness and the importance of mental health services. As a registered participant, you'll share why NAMI/mental health is important to you and ask family/friends to make a donation to help you reach your fundraising goal.

Get started now! The first step is to register as a team captain, member of a team, individual participant, or virtual participant.
Registration is fast, simple, and free!

Friendly dogs are welcome at our NAMIWalks event. You may bring leashed dogs at your own risk.
