Join Us!  Saturday, October 9, 2021

We're excited to be moving in to a new season of change: of improved health on the horizon for our communities; of opportunities to re-connect, face-to-face; and as a newly merged organization with an even greater reach across Jefferson, Milwaukee and Waukesha counties.

This year, we will not be walking the traditional 5K, nor have an official "start time" for our NAMIWalks activities. Our event will span the hours of 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and we encourage you to include a stop at one of our in-person locations (or virtually, via Facebook) before or after your individual or team activity.

Saturday, October 9, 2021 is a United Day of Hope - the culmination of Mental Illness Awareness Week, and every step helps move us closer to our goal. Or, join us for Your Day, Your Way - in-person or online for our virtual program - whatever feels right for you. Still have questions?

The rest of the day is up to you! Take pictures of whatever activity you do for our Walk Day, and be sure to share them on your social media (and don't forget to provide a link to your personal fundraising page, too!).   Check out some optional trails in and around Milwaukee!

We would love to hear WHY you Walk

Personalize one of our "Signs of Hope" and send us a photo of you holding the sign!  Sharing your story is a powerful way to reach others & reduce stigma. You can even use the photo on your fundraising page. Email your photos or questions to your Walk Manager.  Together we can make a difference for people affected by mental health conditions.
